Welcome to Cash Flow: AI Expense Tracker ("the App"), developed by Cash Flow Dev ("we", "us", "our"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1a. Information You Provide Directly
- Financial transaction data (income, expenses, amounts, categories) — stored only on your device
- Budget limits and savings goals you set
- Account names and labels you create
- Currency and language preferences
1b. Automatically Collected Information
- Device type, operating system version, and app version
- Crash reports and performance diagnostics (via Firebase Crashlytics, if enabled)
- App usage statistics (screens viewed, features used) — anonymized
2. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use data to show personalized ads, including:
- Advertising ID (Android Ad ID / iOS IDFA)
- Device information (OS, model)
- General location (country/region level only)
- Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Data Storage & Security
All your financial data is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (SQLite / SharedPreferences). We do not transmit your personal financial data to any external server.
- No cloud sync — data stays on your device
- No account registration required
- Data is protected by Android's built-in app sandboxing
- Uninstalling the app permanently deletes all locally stored data
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data with:
- Google AdMob — for ad serving (see Section 2)
- Firebase — for crash analytics (anonymized device data only)
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access — view all data stored in the app (it's all on your device)
- Delete — uninstall the app to permanently erase all data
- Opt out — disable personalized ads in device settings
- Portability — use the app's export feature to download your data
